Cabin Rates
Rates are per person per night - Based on double occupancy.
Single Occupancy Supplement 1.5 x rate.
Rates do not include applicable taxes.

Tent Platform Rates

Low Season	$90.00 per person, per night, based on double occupancy
High Season	$100.00 per person, per night, based on double occupancy
Peak Season	$125.00 per person, per night, based on double occupancy

Reservations

• A deposit of $150 per adult per cabin confirms your reservation
• The deposits are refundable less $50.00 administration fee per adult, if received 14 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is non-refundable thereafter.
• Telephone reservations are to be followed by a deposit within one week
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards
• Weekends are subject to a two night minimum stay
• Refunds cannot be given for early departures

Family and Business Functions
Bartlett Lodge is able to cater to and host small groups, business or social functions. In the past, we have hosted groups from Roots Canada, Computer Associates and the Ministry of Natural Resources, as well as several private weddings. Please contact us and we would be happy to provide a customized package for your needs.

Check-In/Check-Out Times

• Check out time by 11:00 am
• Check In - accommodations may not be available until after 3:00 pm
  but, please arrive early and enjoy your day in Algonquin Park

Taxes - Gratuities
Our rates are subject to Goods and Services Tax (5%) and Ontario Sales Tax (5%). Bartlett Lodge does not add a 10-15% gratuity to your account as we prefer to leave this to your discretion. This can be done when settling your account. All gratuities are divided equally among our staff.
Note: As of July 1st, 2010 the new HST (Haromized Sales Tax) of 13% will be replacing the GST and PST.

TV's / Telephones
To preserve the tranquillity of the setting, there are no tv's or telephones in the cabins. There is a payphone in the Lodge for guest use.

Pets
Bartlett Lodge does not accept pets. Dogs may be boarded in the Huntsville area and we will offer the name of a kennel if required.
